Six-armed candlestick, silver-plated, Quist Esslingen

A five-armed candelabra made of silver-plated metal on a flat, round base: six outward-curving candle holder arms, all with cylindrical candle collars, the central stem crowned by a silver sphere. The strictly radially symmetrical composition and the clear, unadorned lines are typical of German Art Deco Modernism of the 1930s. Very rare, signed: Quist.
