An elegant tapza (footed bowl) in silver-plated metal with a wide, shallow bowl and a base made of spherical elements. The design combines the spherical ornamentation typical of Art Deco with classic silversmithing traditions from Christofle Paris. Tazzes of this type served as fruit or confectionery bowls and adorned the sideboards of wealthy households in the 1920s and 1930s.
